During my time at the Ethereal Decibel 2024 festival, my first time in France, as I suspected, I was proven wrong!!
The French really know how to party, it was a pleasure to witness them dance freely - it felt like they were so agile with their legs The music was excellent, and lineups like Ajja, Electrypnose, Kromagon, Ekorce, what a treat!
The vibe was good - and that's what I like about festivals: it's like the fear-based mind goes on a vacation, people are more open to connection with strangers. This is what intrigues me about festival photography: co-created art, a reminder that the self-created prison in daily life is only mental, stuff of imagination, it does not exist. It gives a glimpse of people living in their power, with open hearts, not governed by fear.
How do you see it? The look of ecstasy on people's faces or a simple smile - that says it all!
